Diseases & Animal Health (33% for both 2005 and 2004)
The overall
coverage of this topic remains unchanged from 2004, recording a total of 33% of
total coverage in 2005. A significant amount of this coverage was due to the
attention given to Avian Influenza and developments on BSE / Mad Cow Disease.

Steady increase in this area as
noted by the 3% difference between 2005 and 2004. Popular topics of discussion

Safety – Microbial (6% 2005, 9% 2004)
2005 sees a drop in coverage in this area by 3%, although
