COMMENTS ON MOST FREQUENTLY REPORTED ISSUES AREAS

Exercise / Physical activity (19%)

There were significant coverage on the importance of exercise for adults of all ages, with many providing simple exercises that can be done at home or with minimal equipment. Many articles touched on the fact that exercising is not only useful as a tool to lose weight, but is also an integral part of maintaining a healthy body. Healthy Eating & Lifestyles (26%)

There was a considerable amount of coverage devoted to different types of diets and/or fads, and a smaller section of articles encouraging adequate consumption of fruit & vegetables, and pointers for preparing nutritious food for those with more hectic lifestyles. Overweight/Obesity/Weight Control (32%)

The most prominently featured topic in the survey sees major coverage on weight loss and the various dietary regimes that can help achieve this goal. Advice comes in different varieties, ranging from cutting caloric content, to consuming food with low Glycemic Index (GI), as well as providing celebrity examples to drive the points home.
