Coverage in this area recorded a 3% jump from 2005?s total of 6%. Articles this year covered a variety of topics, including the many nutritional benefits of dairy products, importance of calcium for building strong bones, and a selection of recent research. Exercise/ Physical Activity (9% of total coverage)

Coverage in this category recorded a 1% increase from last years total of 8%, with articles focusing on exercise as a mean to boost self confidence and general well-being in women, suggestions of quick exercises one can do in the office, yoga, and a spotlight on weight management, which noted that both cardiovascular exercises and strength training are necessary to promote weight loss.
