By far
the most popular topic in this survey, there was significant coverage dedicated
to different types of dietary regimes, detailed accounts of dieting
frustrations, a variety of how-to articles providing pointers to exercise and
eat right, and a selection of articles on the dangers of being overweight. For

Functional
Foods (17%)
The second most popular topic in this survey sees
discussions on foods that can provide positive health effects, aside from
nutritional benefits, and how to incorporate them into the daily diet. Examples
covered include high fibre foods, coconut oil, carrots, and onions. For

Healthy
Eating / Lifestyles (14%)
Always a popular topic, the survey saw significant
coverage on the importance of breakfast to kick start the day. Other topics that
were covered include healthy eating while on vacation, and how to eat healthily

The importance of
exercise and balanced diet was highlighted in all the articles, reflecting the
significance of heart disease as the most important public health challenge in

containing, soy protein, omega-3 fatty acids and folic acid noted in the survey.
