AFIC Self Assessment
of Risk for Type 2 Diabetes |
Type 2 diabetes affects at least 1 in 10 of
the adult population. Many of those affected
are unaware of the condition for many years
and during this time, serious irreversible
health complications can develop. This
self-assessment is intended to help you
raise your awareness of what you can do to
reduce your chances of developing diabetes,
how much at risk you may be and what to do
if you find you are at increased risk.
This online self-assessment takes about 10
minutes to complete. To advance to the next
page, simply click on
in
the bottom RH corner of each page.
This self-assessment is not intended to
provide medical advice for personal health
matters, which should be obtained directly
from a qualified health professional.
